German Shepherd x Belgian Malinois 1 year old puppy

We have had Luca since he was 8 weeks old, we got him from a couple in England whose male German Shepherd had an accidental litter with their female German Shepherd/Belgian Malinois, this makes Luca predominantly German Shepherd dog. Luca is 41kg and his birthday is 12th October, he is one year old. We need to rehome Luca due to a family separation and moving to smaller locations not suitable for a large dog, which leaves us both unable to provide a good enough spacious home with a large garden. Luca is also a dog who needs lots of exercise, time and company which we would be unable to provide as we are no longer a family unit. Luca has lived in a house with a garden, looked after by myself and partner, I also have a guinea pig in a cage which Luca is aware of. Luca's favourite activities include splashing in the sea/rivers, playing fetch with a ball, tug of war, and going on long walks through field and woodland. He is a very laid back dog, only barks if he sees a dog walk past the house, so this is very rare. Luca is a very affectionate dog, absolutely loves strokes and loves to lick you on the cheek to tell you he loves you. He will happily chill on the sofa or bed with you if he has a chew toy to occupy him. He has a varied routine which isn't too strict so he doesn't expect food or a walk at exact times, and is fed twice a day morning and evening. He goes for 1-3 walks a day which range from 15 minutes to 2/3 hours. Luca is scared of the hoover and lawnmower but completely fine if he's in a separate room from it when in use. He doesn't like showers or baths, this aspect of him needs a bit more training. He currently eats Tesco Puppy Kibble. He has no allergies or health conditions. He has monthly flea/wormer on a vet prescription.
