Stella's ideal home

Stella is a lively 10 month old Husky crossed with a German Shepherd dog. She would suit a home who has owned dogs with similar high energy previously as she's going to requite lots of mental and physical stimulation. She needs some basic training like walking nicely on lead. Stella can be a little anxious of handling initially so she would suit a home where everyone is aged 16 and over so she can feel comfortable with everyone. She can be left for a few hours at a time but will need this building up gradually and she settles well in the kennel. She travels well in the car and mixes well with other dogs out and about. While Stella enjoys making friends, she would prefer to be the only dog in the home as she can be protective over her food items. She will need help settling when in the home.

Stella is a fun and playful young dog, she will be super fun with some brushing up on her basic training and manners. She loves her food, enjoys playing with toys and really likes her walks. She can be a little worried to begin with but once she knows you she loves a fuss.
